On a warm evening at the end of August, the setting sun welcomed the participants of the AUTENT\CO event in the vast wheat field adjacent to our company, a symbol of our roots and identity. Facing our station, another “ours” place, the field transformed into a space of celebration, where hearts and minds came together to reflect on the past and the future.
“Let’s start this evening by celebrating not only our work but also the deep roots that connect us to agricultural tradition.” This meaningful phrase opened the evening and invited the guests to reflect on the values passed down to us by previous generations.
We celebrate the ‘ben finita,’ a moment marking the close of the summer work cycle. Crossing the threshold was like metaphorically opening ourselves to an opportunity for growth, a moment when we gathered to share experiences and take a break. In this field, surrounded by the beauty of nature, we enjoyed the joy of true conviviality.
The activities we organized, simple yet engaging games, transported us back in time, awakening memories of genuine fun. In the heart of the celebration, amid laughter, challenges, and stories, we renewed an authentic bond: the most beautiful experiences are often the simplest ones that unite us as a community.
