UN\CUM

Chestnut wood columns

We are in Lorraine, France, where the art of glassmaking flourished in elaborate workshops in the 18th century. These imposing chestnut columns once supported a glass mezzanine. The Doric-inspired capital and base are connected to the body of the column by an interlocking mechanism.
